We're aware of an issue affecting Jira ITSM customers where tickets are not being automatically updated or resolved via the assistant. This is occurring intermittently during the ticket finalization step. Our team has identified the root cause and is deploying a hotfix. We appreciate your patience and will provide a follow-up update once this has been fully resolved.
